Dr. Kaplan attended the University of Florida for both his undergraduate and DVM degrees. He completed his internship and residency at The Animal Medical Center in New York and was on staff at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine for Cardiology and ICU from 1986 - 1988.
Dr. Kaplan is a founding member of the New England Veterinary Specialists, A board certified cardiologist, Dr. Kaplan has practiced for over 20 years. He works with VESCONE to provide cardiology consultations and cardiac ultrasound for our patients. He also performs routine abdominal ultrasonography on request.
